Huatai (06886) announced that the company will publicly issue subordinated bonds (first tranche) for professional investors in 2021 (referred to as "this tranche of bonds"), with interest payments starting from January 29, 2024 to January 28, 2025 and beginning on February 5, 2025. The tranche of bonds is referred to as "21 Huatai C1", with a total issuance amount of 9 billion Yuan and a coupon rate of 4.50%.
