CITIC SEC (06030): CITIC SEC International provided a guarantee for CSI MTN Limited's issuance of $65 million medium-term notes.

CITIC SEC (06030) announced that its overseas wholly-owned subsidiary, CITIC SEC International's affiliate CSI MTN Limited (hereinafter referred to as the issuer or the guarantor), established an overseas medium term note program on March 29, 2022 with a maximum principal amount of $3 billion (or equivalent in other currencies), which is guaranteed by CITIC SEC International. On January 21, 2025, the issuer issued a note under the medium term note program with an issuance amount of $65 million. After this issuance, the total principal balance of notes issued by the issuer under the medium term note program amounts to $2.28 billion.
