CHINA FORTUNE (00110) announced that all the preconditions stated in the subscription agreement have been met and completed, and according to the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement, a total of 16 million subscribed shares (representing approximately 6.3% of the enlarged share capital of the company issued through the issuance and subscription shares) have been issued and distributed to subscribers at a subscription price of HK$0.26 per subscribed share on January 22, 2025. As disclosed in the announcement, the net proceeds of the subscription amount (after deducting all related expenses) of approximately HK$4.12 million will be used for the general operating funds of the group.
