BONJOUR HOLD (00653) rose by more than 11% again, with a cumulative increase of over 250% in the past six trading days. As of the time of writing, it was up 11.11% to HKD 0.6, with a turnover of HKD 116.19 million.
On the news front, on January 13, BONJOUR HOLD formally issued 210 million ordinary shares based on a subscription agreement signed with controlling shareholder Chen Jianwen on November 12, 2024. This subscription will be completed by offsetting part of the repayment amount, with the HKD 33.18 million shareholder loan being considered as already repaid.
It is worth noting that the Chairman and Executive Director of the company, Chen Jianwen, stated in early December last year that BONJOUR HOLD is actively transforming by learning and understanding new models of cross-border e-commerce, utilizing traditional advantages to adapt to the new market environment. The group also looks forward to bringing new surprises in early 2025, showcasing the potential of cross-border e-commerce in the Greater Bay Area. BONJOUR HOLD recently announced that it has entered into a cooperation memorandum with Fenghehui, and the two parties will jointly develop business cooperation in the supply chain, cross-border e-commerce, live e-commerce and new media distribution, logistics management, and other areas to further explore business opportunities.
