Ganfeng Lithium Group (01772) announced that at the 88th meeting of the fifth board of directors held on January 21, 2025, the "Proposal on Ganfeng Lithium Battery Providing Financial Assistance to Shenzhen Easy Storage" was approved. In order to meet the financial needs of Shenzhen Easy Storage Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shenzhen Easy Storage") for business development, the company agreed that its holding subsidiary Jiangxi Ganfeng Lithium Battery Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Ganfeng Lithium Battery") will provide financial assistance to Shenzhen Easy Storage not exceeding RMB 500 million.
