CALC (01848) announced that on January 21, 2025, one of the company's wholly-owned subsidiaries (buyer) entered into an "Aircraft Purchase Agreement" with an independent third party (seller) to purchase two aircraft. The purchase is expected to be completed by the end of August 2025.
The assets to be sold are two Boeing 737-800 aircraft.
