Dark Horse Technology Group (300688.SZ) announced that the company has signed a cooperation agreement with Hubei Fangzhen Human Resources Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Hubei Fangzhen") regarding the digital vocational education project. The two parties will leverage their respective resource advantages to cooperate in Hubei Province to conduct digital vocational education training, technology consulting, and talent services focusing on the HarmonyOS direction for universities.
