GIC GROUP (01669) announced that on January 21, 2025, its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Global Credit (as the lender), entered into a new loan agreement with customers (as borrowers) and their respective guarantors (as guarantors). Pursuant to this, Global Credit agreed to provide a secured loan of HK$36 million for a period of 12 months.
