POWERLONG CM (09909) announced that the following changes will take effect from January 21, 2025: Xu Meng has been appointed as the company's Chief Executive Officer; and Xu Huafang will no longer serve as the company's Chief Executive Officer, but will continue to serve as an executive director and Chairman of the Board.

Jiangsu Dagang (002077.SZ) issued a profit warning, with the net profit for the year 2024 expected to be between 21 million and 27 million yuan, a decrease of 69.45% to 76.24%.
