Mr. Zhang Sen will be appointed as a member of the company's Remuneration Committee, and Dr. Lam Kin Yuk will succeed as the Chairman of the Nomination Committee. Mr. Lau Shuren will no longer hold these positions. Mr. Lam Hiu Yin will be appointed as the company's authorized representative.
