LAI SUN DEV (00488) announced that Mr. Lau Shuren will retire as the company's Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer on March 1, 2025, and will no longer hold the position. Mr. Zhang Sen will be appointed as a member of the company's Remuneration Committee, and Dr. Lam Kin Yuk will succeed as the Chairman of the Nomination Committee. Mr. Lau Shuren will no longer hold these positions. Mr. Lam Hiu Yin will be appointed as the company's authorized representative.
