UNITY GP HLDGS (01539) announced that the board of directors is pleased to announce that all conditions precedent have been satisfied, and the acquisition has been completed on January 20, 2025 (i.e. the second business day after all conditions precedent were satisfied in accordance with the sale and purchase agreement).
