Anhui Conch Cement (00914) announced that, according to Article 173(1) of the Articles of Association of Anhui Conch Cement Co., Ltd., the company may exercise the right of confiscation for unclaimed dividends under the premise of complying with relevant Chinese laws and regulations. However, this right shall not be exercised before the expiration of the applicable statute of limitations. In accordance with this, the Board of Directors of the company hereby announces that dividends not claimed by February 19, 2025 will be confiscated and allotted to the company on or after February 20, 2025.
