CITIC SEC (06030): CITIC SEC International guarantees the issuance of $62.3 million medium-term notes by CSI MTN Limited.

CITIC SEC (06030) announced that its overseas wholly-owned subsidiary, CITIC SEC International's affiliate company CSI MTN Limited (hereinafter referred to as the issuer or the guarantor) established an overseas Medium Term Note program with a maximum principal amount of USD 3 billion (or equivalent in other currencies) on March 29, 2022. This MTN program is guaranteed by CITIC SEC International. The issuer issued two notes under the MTN program on January 17, 2025, with a total issuance amount of USD 62.3 million. After this issuance, the issuer's total outstanding principal balance of notes issued under the MTN program amounts to USD 2.163 billion.
