CHINA OILFIELD (02883) announces that the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) has confirmed that Sun Weizhou is qualified to serve as the company's company secretary in accordance with Rule 3.28 of the HKEX's Listing Rules. Therefore, Sun Weizhou will assume the role of the company's sole company secretary effective from January 21, 2025, while Wu Xiuwei has submitted her resignation as the joint company secretary today, which will take effect from January 21, 2025.
