OSL GROUP (00863) announced the acquisition of the licensed cryptocurrency trading platform Coin Best Co., Ltd. in Japan. The conditions precedent under the share purchase agreement have been met, and the acquisition was completed on January 17, 2025. Following the completion of the acquisition, Coin Best Co., Ltd. has become an indirect subsidiary of the company.
