CHINASILVER TEC (00515) has announced that Mr. Lai Yubin (Mr. Lai) has resigned from his position as a non-executive director and chairman of the company in order to focus on pursuing other business opportunities. The board of directors accepted Mr. Lai's resignation effective immediately on January 17, 2025.
