CQRC BANK (03618) announced that the Board of Directors recently received the resignation of Mr. Zhang Peizong, the Executive Director of the bank. Due to a job transfer, Mr. Zhang resigned from the position of Executive Director, Vice President, Secretary of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Consumer Rights Protection Committee of the Board of Directors, member of the Risk Management Committee of the Board of Directors, member of the Related Party Transaction Control Committee of the Board of Directors, and the authorized representative appointed under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Mr. Zhang's resignation will take effect from January 17, 2025.
