CDB LEASING (01606) signs a financing lease contract with Guorui New Energy in Deqing County.

CDB LEASING (01606) announced that the company, as the lessor, entered into a financing lease arrangement with lessee Deqing Guorui New Energy Co., Ltd. and seller China Construction Seventh Bureau New Energy (Shanghai) Construction Co., Ltd. on January 16, 2025 (after trading hours). According to this, (i) the company, as the buyer, entered into a transfer agreement with the lessee and seller to purchase the transaction target for 815 million yuan, and (ii) the company, as the lessor, entered into a financing lease agreement with the lessee to lease the leased property (i.e. the transaction target) for a lease term of 180 months. The transaction target refers to the photovoltaic power generation equipment assets owned by the lessee in Zhaoqing City, Guangdong Province, China.
