VIRTUAL MIND (01520) announced that on January 16, 2025, the company entered into a legally binding strategic cooperation framework agreement with TIBET WATER Limited. According to this agreement, the company and TIBET WATER will cooperate on the sales of customized products under the "5100" brand through a collaboration channel based on the Web3.0 new business model, including (but not limited to) water cards and co-branded products. This cooperation will utilize the "5100" series brand owned by TIBET WATER and the brand cooperation rights legally obtained by the group. Through various innovative marketing methods including (but not limited to) the use of Web3.0, as well as digital operational models, the cooperation will sell "5100" water cards, "5100" Tibetan Glacier mineral water products, customized water cards, and customized products in the region authorized by TIBET WATER through the collaboration channel. By integrating resources and utilizing the new Web3.0 business model, the goal is to increase product market share and brand influence, and jointly develop the global market.
