STRONG PETRO (00852) announces that in order to further strengthen internal monitoring within the group and reduce the risk of similar incidents happening again, the group has appointed Mr. Li Haiqiang as the group's Chief Domestic Affairs Coordinator, effective from January 16, 2025, and has engaged Wei Heng Law Firm as legal advisor. Mr. Li's responsibilities include reviewing, investigating, and supervising the fund flows of the group's mainland China subsidiary companies, as well as overseeing the corporate governance, internal controls, and financial reporting of the group's mainland China subsidiary companies.
