VIRSCEND EDU (01565) announcement: Mr. Yin Dajia has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, effective from January 16, 2025. Following Mr. Yin's appointment, the following changes to the composition of the board of directors will take effect from January 16, 2025: (a) Mr. Yin will be appointed as a member of the Company's Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Nomination Committee respectively; (b) Ms. Wang Xiaoying will no longer be a member of the Company's Remuneration Committee, while Mr. Yan Yude will be appointed as a member of the Company's Remuneration Committee; and (c) Mr. Yan Yude will no longer be a member of the Company's Nomination Committee, while Ms. Wang Xiaoying will be appointed as a member of the Company's Nomination Committee.
