If the company does not meet the conditions for revoking the delisting risk warning as stipulated in Article 9.3.7 of the Shanghai Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules, or does not apply to revoke the delisting risk warning within the specified timeframe, the company's stock may be delisted.
