Hisense Home Appliances Group (00921) announced that, during the period from December 16, 2024 to January 16, 2025, its subsidiaries air conditioning marketing company, refrigerator marketing company, and Three Electric (China) Company (as a subscriber) entered into a Pu Yin wealth management agreement to subscribe to Pu Yin wealth management products, with a subscription amount of 2.275 billion RMB.
