LAOPU GOLD (06181) announced that the board of directors has proposed the adoption of a Restricted Share Unit Plan at a board meeting held on January 16, 2025, in order to reward eligible participants for their past contributions and to strengthen the company's long-term compensation incentive strategy. The plan involves the issuance of new H shares to trustees as granted by shareholders at the shareholders' meeting, the transfer of existing shares to trustees by the company, and/or trustees acquiring H shares through the purchase of existing shares (whether on or off the market) to achieve the grant of rewards.
