ZHENGWEI GROUP (02147) announced that Mr. Yu Zhijie has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, effective from January 15, 2025. Mr. Yu Zhijie will also serve as the chairman of the board audit committee; and as a member of the remuneration committee and the nomination committee of the board.
