Dongguan Tarry Electronics (300976.SZ) announced that shareholder Fu Xuelin plans to reduce his shareholding in the company by a total of no more than 1.8869 million shares (1.98% of the total share capital of the company, 2.00% of the total share capital excluding shares in the repurchase special account) through centralized bidding or block trading within three months from the date of this reduction plan disclosure, starting from February 14, 2025 to May 13, 2025.
