BANKCOMM (03328) announced that Mr. Xu Jiming, the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of the bank, will no longer serve as the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors, shareholder supervisor, and Chairman of the Supervisory Committee for the effective monitoring of duties, due to a position adjustment, effective January 15, 2025.

Recommend to appoint Zhao Weilin as an executive director.
