BOCOM INTL (03329) announced that on January 14, 2025, its wholly-owned subsidiary Preferred Investment purchased the second batch of SUMI notes in the over-the-counter market at a purchase price of approximately $100.097 per note, for a total consideration of approximately $10.097 million.

On January 15th, ONEWO (02602) spent 9.732 million Hong Kong dollars to repurchase 500,000 shares.

BANKCOMM (03328) A shares will distribute a cash dividend of 0.182 yuan per share on January 24th.
