(688778.SH) announced that due to its own funding needs, its shareholder Ningbo Haicheng Lingzun Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Ningbo Haicheng") intends to reduce its total holdings of the company through block trading or centralized bidding by no more than 8,146,800 shares, or 1.9362% of the total share capital of the company.
