Sailvan Times (301381.SZ) announced that its shareholder Xiamen Xinrui Jitai Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Xinrui Jitai") will reduce its holdings of the company's shares by a total of 5.288 million shares through centralized bidding from December 24, 2024 to January 14, 2025, accounting for 1.32% of the company's total share capital. After this equity change, Xinrui Jitai holds a 4.99998% stake in the company.
