HUANENG POWER (00902) announced that the company has recently completed the issuance of HUANENG POWER Limited 2025 first phase medium-term notes. The total issuance amount of this bond is 2 billion RMB, with a term of ten years, a face value of 100 RMB, and an issuance interest rate of 2.00%. The funds raised from this bond issuance will be used to supplement the company's operating capital, adjust its debt structure, repay bank loans, and repay bonds that are about to mature.
