CHUNCHENG HEAT (01853) has completed the acquisition of several buildings, coal-fired boilers, and supporting equipment for heating purposes.

CHUNCHENG HEAT (01853) has announced that all the conditions precedent listed in the second asset transfer agreement have been met, and the proposed acquisition is expected to be completed on January 15, 2025 (completion date). From the completion date, all rights, interests, and obligations related to the assets will be transferred from Chuncheng Investment to the company.
