Guangdong Shunkong Development (003039.SZ) plans to participate in investing in the Guangdong Shunxin New Materials Venture Capital Fund.

Guangdong Shunkong Development (003039.SZ) announced that in order to fully leverage the professional resources and investment advantages of professional investment institutions, and to provide synergistic support for the company's forward-looking layout, explore potential high-quality investment projects, and establish an internal investment risk isolation firewall mechanism, the company has subscribed for a capital contribution of RMB 20 million to Guangdong Shunde Shunxin Zhi Li Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Shunxin Partnership Enterprise"). The Shunxin Partnership Enterprise will make targeted investments in Guangdong Shunde Xin Zhi Li Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "New Zhi Li Fund"). The company will also subscribe for a capital contribution of RMB 30 million to the New Zhi Li Fund, with a total investment of RMB 50 million. The New Zhi Li Fund is planned to have a first phase establishment scale of no more than RMB 230 million. In the second phase, depending on the subsequent situation, other investors will be introduced as limited partners through expansion and the proposed capital contribution amount is RMB 70 million. The Shunde mother fund will continue to subscribe for up to RMB 30 million (total subscribed scale not exceeding 30%). Specific decisions will be subject to the decisions of the respective parties.
