Earlier media reports stated that the president and director of Citibank (China) Co., Ltd., Lu Xuan, has resigned due to personal reasons.
According to the Tianyancha App, Citibank (China) Co., Ltd. recently underwent a business change, where Lu Xuan resigned as the legal representative, director, and general manager, and was replaced by Yang Changhao as the legal representative and director.
The information shows that Citibank (China) Co., Ltd. was established in March 2007 with a registered capital of 3.97 billion yuan. Its business scope includes banking services, securities investment fund custody, and public offering of securities investment funds. Citibank, N.A. holds full ownership of the company.
Earlier reports in the media stated that Lu Xuan, the president and director of Citibank (China) Co., Ltd., had resigned for personal reasons.
