Tianjin Capital (01065) announced that on January 14, 2025, the board of directors approved the signing of a heating supply contract (heating agreement H plot) between Tianjin Chengze and Tianjin Jiayuan Kaichuang for the HouTai H plot project. Accordingly, Tianjin Chengze has entrusted Tianjin Jiayuan Kaichuang to provide heating facilities engineering construction for the HouTai H plot project.
