Palm Eco-Town Development (002431.SZ) announced that on January 14, 2025, the company received the "Notice of Winning Bid" for the construction project of 88,000 mu of high-standard farmland demonstration area in Wuzhi County in 2024 (Phase I). It was confirmed that the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Henan Palm Construction and Development Co., Ltd. ("Henan Palm"), was the winning bidder for both the first and second sections of the project, with a total bid price of 157 million yuan, accounting for 3.87% of the company's audited operating income in 2023.
