China New Cons (08275) announced on January 7, 2025 that Jinshi International Investment Development Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Jinshi Communications Co., Ltd.) (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) has signed a brand cooperation agreement with partners Hong Kong Huaweida Enterprise Limited and Philippine TEADAYE CORP. This signifies the official launch of the group's expansion into the Southeast Asian tea beverage market.
Manila, Philippines is the group's first stop in Southeast Asia, with plans to open two flagship stores initially at the famous ROBINSONS MALL, with operations expected to begin in early March 2025. ROBINSONS MALL is one of the largest and most famous commercial groups in the Philippines, and its excellent location is a guarantee of successful store operations and will also help quickly increase the brand awareness of "Tea Da Ye." The group plans to open 20 stores in the Philippines in 2025, and gradually launch business plans in Indonesia and Thailand.
