CROWNICORP (00727) announced that the second resolution to remove Mr. Chen Yuzhan from his position as executive director has been officially passed as a regular resolution of the company. Mr. Chen Yuzhan was removed from his position as executive director at the end of the shareholders' special meeting. After his removal, Mr. Chen Yuzhan also ceased to serve as a member of the company's executive committee.
