GREEN TOWN CHINA (03900) enters into a decoration and installation agreement with China Communications Construction Southeast Institute of Architectural Design.

GREENTOWN CHINA (03900) announced that on January 10, 2025, Greentown Construction (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into a decoration and installation agreement with China Southeast Construction. According to the agreement, Greentown Construction agreed to provide China Southeast Construction with the installation of aluminum alloy doors and windows and railings for several buildings in the project. Furthermore, on October 3, 2024, Greentown Construction and China Southeast Construction entered into a past agreement on meeting the minimum exemption level. According to the agreement, Greentown Construction agreed to provide China Southeast Construction with high-end decoration services for the project's exhibition area and the installation of aluminum alloy doors and windows and railings for several buildings in the project. The board of directors believes that these agreements will enable the Group to leverage its technical expertise, professional knowledge, and experience in property development and decorative construction in China to advance the project's decoration and installation works, enhance its quality, and generate income without significant capital investment. The selection of the decoration and installation services supplier for the project and the determination of the price were conducted through an open tender process. Several companies participated in the bidding process, and after evaluation and comprehensive comparison of the bidders, Greentown Construction was selected in accordance with the requirements of the tender documents. Therefore, Greentown Construction was selected in a competitive bidding process, and the cost and terms of the agreements were determined in accordance with the tender documents, in line with market practices and the commercial interests of the Group.
