GLOBAL SWEET (03889) has completed the issuance of a total of 41 million subscribed shares.

GLOBAL SWEET (03889) announced that all the conditions precedent set out in the subscription agreement have been satisfied, and the subscription has been completed on January 10, 2025 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement (completion of the subscription). A total of 41 million shares were subscribed (equivalent to approximately 2.17% of the total number of shares issued by the Company before the completion of the subscription, and approximately 2.12% of the total number of shares issued by the Company after the issuance and issuance of all the subscribed shares).
