CECEP Wind-Power Corporation (601016.SH) announced that the company plans to purchase the office building located in Building 11, Floors 5-9 of the Zhongjing Huizhong Center project in Xihongmen Town, Daxing District, Beijing, developed by Zhongjie Energy First (Beijing) Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "First Company"). The transaction price will be based on the appraisal value, and the total transaction price is determined through negotiation to be RMB 422 million (including value-added tax).
This purchase of real estate is mainly for daily office use, to improve the current leasing situation which is unable to meet the operational needs and is under tight utilization. It aims to address the dispersed leasing offices of the company's main headquarters and wind power research institute, further promote synergy between business departments, reduce operational costs, improve office conditions for employees, stabilize the employee system, enhance team efficiency, and reserve space for future long-term development. It plays a positive role in enhancing the company's external image and overall competitiveness, aligns with the company's long-term strategic plan.
