CITIC SEC (06030) announced that its overseas wholly-owned subsidiary CITIC SEC International's affiliate, CSI MTN Limited (hereinafter referred to as the issuer or guarantor), established an offshore medium-term note program with a maximum aggregate principal amount of US$3 billion (or equivalent in other currencies) on March 29, 2022, which is guaranteed by CITIC SEC International.
The issuer issued a note under the medium-term note program on January 9, 2025, with an issuance amount of US$5 million.
Following this issuance, the total principal amount of notes issued by the issuer under the medium-term note program amounts to US$2.113 billion.
