APAC Resources (01104) announced that Liu Dongni has resigned from the company's company secretary and will no longer serve as the authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, with effect from January 10, 2025. Lin Wei has been appointed as the company secretary and authorized representative, with effect from January 10, 2025.
