On the same day, the company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Karwin Thai (as tenant) entered into a lease agreement with Amata Summit (as landlord) for leasing property. As a temporary measure to meet customer orders, the group has leased property during the construction of the new production plant on the land for use as a temporary factory.
