CGN NEW ENERGY (01811) announced that in December 2024, the company and its subsidiaries (the Group) completed a total electricity generation of 1465.6 gigawatt hours, a decrease of 13.6% compared to the same period in 2023. Among them, wind power projects in China decreased by 17.1%, CECEP Solar Energy projects in China increased by 13.3%, cogeneration and gas projects in China decreased by 20.8%, hydroelectric projects in China increased by 63.7%, and projects in Korea decreased by 15.3%. For the twelve months ending on December 31, 2024, the Group's total electricity generation reached 19149.7 gigawatt hours, an increase of 0.4% compared to 2023. Among them, wind power projects in China decreased by 2.6%, CECEP Solar Energy projects in China increased by 22.4%, cogeneration and gas projects in China increased by 6.1%, hydroelectric projects in China increased by 24.6%, and projects in Korea decreased by 1.9%.
