Dawning Information Industry (603019.SH) announced that, for its own development needs, Beijing Zhongke Suanyuan Asset Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhongke Suanyuan") intends to reduce its holding of shares through block trading within 15 trading days from the disclosure date of the announcement by no more than 2% of the company's total share capital, which is not more than 29.2641 million shares.
