SHIYUE DAOTIAN (09676) announced that the Stock Exchange has granted approval for listing and permission to trade 166 million H shares on January 9, 2025 (that is, the maximum number of domestic shares that will be converted to H shares according to the conversion and listing).

Wuhan Jingce Electronic Group (300567.SZ) plans to spend 88.5 million yuan to acquire 72.5% equity in its affiliated company Jiangmen Jingce.

Trustee repurchased 120,000 shares under the stock incentive plan.
