Zhejiang Zhaofeng Mechanical And Electronic (300695.SZ) announced that on January 9, 2025, the company signed a "Strategic Cooperation Agreement" with the Hangzhou International Science and Technology Innovation Center of Zhejiang University (referred to as "Hangzhou Innovation Center"). The aim is to fully leverage the advantages of university-enterprise cooperation, focusing on promoting the establishment of research institutes, conducting joint technological research, and through deep integration of innovative resources such as talent, technology, industry, and funding, to collectively advance key technological breakthroughs, share innovative achievements, cultivate industrial talents, and transform scientific and technological achievements. According to the agreement, the two parties will focus on innovative areas such as steer-by-wire technology, high-end automotive wheel hub bearing unit design, smart manufacturing, electric vehicle wheel hub electric drive, and electronic control systems, to conduct key core technology research, talent cultivation, exploration of industry-university-research cooperation models, results transformation, and project incubation. The two parties will jointly promote the establishment of the "Zhejiang University Hangzhou International Science and Technology Innovation Center - Zhejiang Zhaofeng Mechanical And Electronic Co., Ltd. Intelligent Innovation Research Institute" (referred to as the "Research Institute"), with a total construction scale of no less than 100 million RMB, jointly invested by multiple parties. The agreement is valid for five years, from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2029. This cooperation will help further enhance the company's research and development capabilities and core competitiveness.
