Xin Yuan Enterprises (01748) announces that, regarding the general authorization to issue new shares, a supplementary agreement was signed on January 8, 2025 between the company and the subscriber to adjust the subscription price from 1.20 HKD to 1.215 HKD; and to include certain guarantees in the subscription agreement. In addition, the company has applied for the resumption of trading of its shares on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong starting from 9:00 am on January 9, 2025.

Chengdu Yunda Technology's shareholder Li NETDRAGON plans to reduce their holdings by a total of no more than 4,334,000 shares.

Puya Semiconductor (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (688766.SH) plans to grant 1.1128 million restricted shares.
