ICONCULTURE (08500) announced that Mr. Zhou Zitao (Mr. Zhou) has resigned as an executive director, chairman of the board, and chairman of the nomination committee of the Company, effective from January 8, 2025, due to his desire to devote more time to his personal business. Mr. Yao Tong, vice chairman of the board of directors, has been reappointed as the chairman of the board of the Company, effective from January 8, 2025.
